Kettler’s Basic Multi Gym has many training facilities suited to beginners and professionals alike. Exercises include butterfly, bench press, latissimus exercises, rowing and leg stretching. It has a gym-monitor, which allows you to store settings for up to 6 exercises and data for up to 4 people - measuring time, exercise repeats, training repeats, weight per repeat and total weight. It alerts you with a beep when you have reached your target. Its compact design means it can fit in just 1.5 metres of floor space. With a seat surface that is adjustable in height and a weight stack is variable between 5-80kg, you can choose the settings that suit you best. The system comes with a bicep curl bar, foot loop and an extra handgrip. It includes delivery and installation by the supplier.
